How we use REVIT
Greenview documents to LOD 300 as standard across all disciplines. At LOD 300, every model element is graphically represented in terms of quantity, size, shape, location and orientation. This level of detail has consistently proven effective in producing coordinated documentation that reduces ambiguity and variation during construction.
Clash detection is built into our workflow. As each discipline develops their design in the shared model, conflicts between services are identified and resolved before documentation is issued. This reduces the risk of costly rework and construction delays.
BIM for coordinated engineering
Our BIM approach is most effective when all disciplines are engaged from the outset. When Greenview is appointed across multiple disciplines on a project, the benefits of our combined model are fully realised.
